Our Specials Menu changes on a regular basis.  Before opening the restaurant, we visit the fresh produce markets in Bolton and Manchester.  This allows us to buy the very best seasonal fruit and vegetables as well as the freshest fish and seafood.  Discussions with the chefs follow and the result is our Specials Menu.  If you would like to order your own special, please call beforehand so that we can discuss your requirements.
